Job Description

Der Project Coordinator Logistik übernimmt eine Schlüsselrolle in der Umsetzung und Steuerung von komplexen Logistikprojekten. Hierbei übernimmt die Funktion die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern und trägt maßgeblich dazu bei, dass Materialflüsse rund um den Anlagenversand sowie der Ersatzteilversorgung reibungslos und effizient erfolgen. Die Funktion unterstützt die strategische Weiterentwicklung der Logistikprozesse und sichert die termingerechte Realisierung von Projekten im internationalen Umfeld.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Projektmanagement:

• Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Logistikprojekten
• Erstellung von Projektplänen, Meilensteinen und Ressourcenplanung.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeit-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen.

Koordination & Kommunikation:

• Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen den Projektbeteiligten incl. externer Partner.
• Organisation von Projektmeetings und regelm. Reportings an Stakeholder.

Prozessoptimierung:

• Analyse bestehender Logistikprozesse und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
• Mitwirkung an Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten.
• Verpackungsgestaltung für einen globalen Logistikprozess im Land-, Luft- & Seefrachtbereich, die einem komplexen & kundenspezifischen Produkt gerecht wird.
• Aufnahme / Umsetzung von Optimierungen (Lagerflächen / Konzepte) bei der bestehenden Lagerstruktur im Parallelbetrieb sowie zeitlichen Überlappung von Legacy- und Neuprodukten
• Aufnahme / Umsetzung der Anforderungen an die Materialkennzeichnungen (u.a. Artikellabel, Lager- & Transportkennzeichung, Gefahrgüter), welche die Anforderungen an einen weltweiten Versand der Artikel gewährleistet.
• Aufnahme / Umsetzung an Kitting-Leistungen mit dem Ziel einer Prozess- & Kostenoptimierung

Compliance & Qualität:

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zoll-, Export- und Compliance-Vorschriften
• Unterstützung bei Audits und Dokumentation relevanter Prozesse.

Anforderungsprofil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Logistik, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld.
• Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen und Projektmanagement-Tools.
• Erfahrung mit Lean-Methoden und Prozessoptimierung.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Problemlösungskompetenz.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
