Job Description

• Act as an SME for BP&A planning and reporting processes, with focus on SAP BPC and related finance systems.
• Support global and regional finance initiatives, including reporting standardization, simplification, and system enhancements.
• Participate in global and regional process forums to share best practices and improve operational performance.

• Partner with global, regional, and country finance teams to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Deliver standard and ad‑hoc reports and analysis aligned with global standards and good practices.
• Support planning models, key drivers, and financial assumptions across business units and regions.

• Drive operational performance through effective vendor (Genpact) partnership.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly SLA meetings and ensure accurate, balanced SLA reporting.
• Manage issues and escalations across stakeholders, escalating when required.

• Support process simplification, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects involving cross‑functional and regional stakeholders.
• Promote a continuous improvement mindset across finance processes and systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
• 3+ years of relevant FP&A / BP&A or Accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or matrixed environment.
• Experience in a COE, shared services, or regional/global finance setup is an advantage.

• Strong working knowledge of SAP BPC; exposure to SAP ECC and/or Power BI preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced global environment.
