主な職務内容

■ 市場戦略の立案と戦略的イニシアチブの推進

・新製品ローンチプランおよび既存製品の成長戦略を含むマーケティングプランの企画・実行

・市場データ、製品パフォーマンス、KPIの分析を通じた、商業的成果最大化に向けた施策立案および推進

・治療リーチ拡大を目的とした、市場形成および市場開発に関する取り組みの企画・実行

■ 市場への影響力強化(KOL Engagement)

・Key Opinion Leaders(KOL)との関係構築および維持を通じた市場成長への貢献

・エデュケーション部門およびマーケティングコミュニケーション部門と連携したプロモーション施策の企画・推進

■ 営業・臨床チームのサポート

・営業担当および医療従事者向けの製品トレーニング、技術サポートの提供による製品採用促進

・市場インサイトやデータの提供を通じた、現場活動および市場対応力の強化

■ 部門横断プロジェクトのリード

・クリニカル、マーケティング、営業など関係部門と連携した主要プロジェクトおよび戦略的施策の推進

・部門横断プロジェクトにおける調整およびリーダーシップの発揮

求める経験・スキル

必須条件

・医療機器または製薬業界におけるマーケティング経験(5年以上)

・新製品導入(ローンチ)経験

・戦略的かつ論理的思考力

・自律的に業務を推進できる主体性および責任感

・変化の多い環境下におけるタスクマネジメント能力

・高いコミュニケーション能力および関係構築力

・Microsoft Office(Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook)の実務スキル

・大学卒業以上、または同等の学歴・資格を有する方

・日本語:ネイティブレベル/英語:ビジネスレベル上級

・約30%の出張対応が可能であること
