Job Description Summary

BDI PV is seeking to hire a National Sales Manager for our India-South Asia Business. Responsible to grow the Peripheral Vascular (BDI - PV) business by driving the Sales organization with goals of meeting strategic and financial objectives. PV is a high growth business with a strong growth potential driven by market shaping & category creation. The candidate must possess a good understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape, along with strong communication skills, both written & verbal, to effectively communicate with all levels within an organization.

Job Description

Drive sales growth through engaging customer conversations focused on value creation. Build strong relationships with customers in segments of Vascular and IR & IC segment by engaging them in meaningful conversations focused on their needs, goals, challenges and solutions offered by PV products.
Develop key accounts / clusters and manage channel partners across regions.
Understand market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights into customer behaviour and preferences, allowing for tailored approaches when interacting with potential buyers or existing customers.
Effectively communicate with all levels within an organization including decision makers at customer sites as well as internal stakeholders such as Marketing Teams, Supply Chain, Operations etc.,
Work closely with distributors / channel partners to ensure they are equipped with necessary information regarding product offerings, promotions etc., so they can adequately represent BDB products in the marketplace.
Maintain accurate records related to sales activities, expenses incurred, customer interactions etc., using CRM systems like SFDC etc., for future reference purposes.
